How to issue store credit

If the balance of the sale is negative store credit can be issued. Simply select Payment Methods and then Store Credit.



The sale posts as store credit and a receipt should be printed / emailed for the customer, as it has the store credit number printed on it that the customer needs in order to use it.



How to receive store credit

If a customer has store credit and wants to use it to pay for purchases open Payment Methods and select Store Credit. The POS will then ask for the store credit (document) number.



Once the document number has been entered the store credit payment is applied to the sale and the store credit number cannot be used again.
