Prevent Negative Inventory

To ensure accurate inventory management and avoid potential stock discrepancies, LS Express offers the Prevent Negative Inventory feature. This functionality helps to prevent transactions that would result in a negative inventory balance for items.

How to: Activate Prevent Negative Inventory

1. Search for Inventory Setup and select the relevant link.

2. In the General fast tab, turn on the Prevent Negative Inventory toggle.

   

By enabling this feature, LS Express will block any transactions that could potentially cause the inventory count of an item to go below zero.
