How to: Setup Shopify Manually

There is another way to establish the connection, without using the wizard.

 

1. Go to Administration > Navigate > Shopify Setup

   

2. Turn on the Enabled toggle in General fast tab and type in your Store Name and access Token (find these credentials on the Shopify Admin page).

   

3. Once you have configured the fields above, test the connection by clicking Connection > Test.

   

Synchronize Items to Shopify

• You can upload all of your items, an item category, an item attribute, or a single item to your Shopify store, select Send to Shopify > what you want to upload.

  

• You will see a new window open that your items are being synchronized to the Shopify portal.

  

On the Shopify Side

Go to your list of Shopify Products. You should now see a list of the items you just uploaded from LS Express.

Make sure that LS Express is your Item Master. That is, manage your items in LS Express and not in Shopify. You can add images and additional details in Shopify, but if you add items there - you will run into problems when syncing orders back into LS Express from Shopify.
