POS User Login - Essential License
How to: Create a User and Assign the Essential License According to the User's Role in LS Express

In LS Express, search for Users.

Click Update users from Microsoft 365 and add POS users to the POS Subscription Setup.

Click Next to update users from Microsoft 365 and click Finish.

To view your subscription details in LS Express, go to Administration > Navigate > Subscription.
This will open the Subscription Setup page where you can see an overview of the number of POS you have in your license. You can change the number of POS during the trial period.

Add the POS users on the Subscription Setup page.

In the General FastTab:

Number of Point of Sale displays the number of POS(s) you have purchased into your license. If you need to add or remove POS licenses, contact the LS Retail Licenses team.

The LS Pay toggle is only activated if you have added the LS Pay module to the license through the LS Retail Licenses team.

The Subscription GUID is a unique ID that you need to provide to the Licenses team when you have created the company that will be the live production company.

From the Point of Sales List FastTab:

The POS ID is a list of how many active LS Express POS licenses are currently in the subscription.

The User ID field determines what user will be assigned to each POS license. Here the user "ADMIN" is assigned to the active license. Only the user that is assigned here can use the LS Express POS license.

The Sales Profile field allows you to configure what Sales Profiles the POS's should use.
Note: Use the Validate Subscription button to update the license information.
