How to: Change the Price of an Item

• Find the item in the POS line that you want to modify the price for. You can do this by selecting the item line.

• Once you select the item line, you will see the Unit Price Excl. Tax field. Enter the new price you want to apply to the item in this field.

  

• Note that when you change the item's price, the tax will be automatically re-calculated based on the new price.

How to: Set the Price of an Item Including VAT

• Additionally, if an item is set to enable the "Price including VAT" and has no price setup, you can enter the unit price to the Amount including VAT field on the associated sales line in the POS. The Unit price excluding VAT field will automatically calculate the price of one unit on the sales line.

• On the other hand, if the item is disabled for "Price Including VAT" and has no price setup, you can only set up the price in the "Unit Price Excluding VAT" field on the associated sales line.
