Returned Item Log

This feature enables you to keep track of items' history and gives you an overview of the quantity returned.

How a Returned Item Log Entry is Generated?

An entry is created in the returned item log when you do a Reverse Sale or Return Items from Sales History.

How to: View the Returned Item Log

1. Open Sales History, the column Total Returned Quantity shows the number of items returned from a sale.

    

   In this example, 1 item has been returned from the Total Returned Quantity field.

   

2. Click on the quantity number to view the Returned Item Log associated with that sale. Here we can see information on the item that was returned in the example below:
