Line Discount Pre-Configuration

In LS Express, you have the option to pre-configure frequently used Line Discount % and Line Discount Amount values for quick selection during sales.

How to: Setup Line Discount

1. Go to Administration > Navigate > Line Discount Setup.

   

2. In the Line Discount Setup page, you can add new discount values or from the existing discount values, you can edit these values and set them to your preferred percentages or amounts.

3. Once you have set up the desired discount values, they will be available for quick selection in the POS sales line.

   

How to: Apply Line Discount in the POS

1. Open the POS Sales window.

2. Add items to the sales line by scanning or manually entering them.

3. In the Line Discount % or Line Discount Amount fields, you will see a list of the pre-configured quick selection values.

4. Select the appropriate discount value from the list to apply it to the sales line.

   

   

5. Alternatively, if you need to apply a custom discount that is not among the pre-configured values, you can also manually enter any Line Discount % or Line Discount Amount value in the respective fields to apply the discount to the sales line.
