POS Menu

The POS menu is a menu that has been configured in the POS Menu Profile and is always visible on the Point of Sale (POS) screen after logging in. It provides quick access to various functionality and actions for the user.

Main Menu

Under the Main Menu, you can find the following options:

• My Items and All Items

• Sales History

• Open Invoices

• Post to Customer's Account

• Discounts and Promotions

• Perform Cash Payment

  

Customer

Under the Customer menu, you can find various functionality related to customers:

• My Customers and All Customers

• Customer Item Sales History

• Customer Information

• Pay to Customer Account

  

Other

Under the Other menu, you can access the following options:

• Add to and Remove from a Drawer

• View Current Sales Profile

• Change Staff's Password

• Gift Card List

• Get Help Using LS Express

  

Payment

Under the Payment menu, you can perform various payment-related actions:

• Suspend and Retrieve Sale

• Make Customer's Payment (post and refund customer's payment)

• Make Various Payments (cash, store credit, etc.)
