Overview

The POS provides access to a variety of actions from the menu. This includes functionality like customer search, payment processing, discount application, and more.

Main menu

The Main Menu provides access to essential actions and functionality in the POS. It allows you to perform tasks such as searching for items, posting transactions into a customer's account, applying discounts and promotions, and processing cash payments.

Customer

The Customer menu is dedicated to customer-related functions. Here, you can access customer lists, view a history of items previously purchased by a specific customer, access customer information, and perform transactions related to the customer account.

Other

The Other menu offers additional actions that are not directly related to sales transactions. This includes options to add or remove cash from a specific drawer, view current sales profile settings, change staff passwords for login, access help resources for using LS Express, and more.

Payment

The Payment menu is focused on handling various payment-related tasks. You can delete or suspend the current sale, start a new sale, retrieve a suspended sale, and process different types of payments.
