POS Exact Payments

You can add Exact payment buttons to the Point of Sale Screen for quickly finalizing sales if the customer wants to pay the exact amount.

How to: Set up POS Exact Payments

1. In the Administration page, go to the POS Exact Payments FastTab.

2. In the POS Exact Payments FastTab, you will see fields to set up Exact Cash and Exact Card payments.

3. Choose the Payment Method that should be used for Exact Cash by selecting it from the drop-down list.

4. Similarly, choose the Payment Method for Exact Card by selecting it from the drop-down list.

   

How to: Use the Exact Payments in POS

1. Once the Exact Payments are configured, they will be available in the Point of Sale screen.

   

2. When finalizing a sale, if the customer wants to pay the exact amount in cash, click on the Exact Cash tile to quickly process the payment using the specified Payment Method for Exact Cash.

3. If the customer wants to pay the exact amount using a card, click on the Exact Card tile to quickly process the payment using the specified Payment Method for Exact Card.
