Troubleshooting

If you receive this error:

 

An unexpected error occurred invoking 'GetPluginFeatures' on the server. ServiceException: Plugin not found [PluginDoesNotExist]

  • Check the Sales Profile Card and make sure the Connection ID is exactly the same as the Plugin name in the LS Pay Service Admin Page.

  • Check the Subscription Setup page, is the User using the correct Sales Profile.

     

Connection URL must have a value in Sales Profile: Profile ID=. It cannot be zero or empty.

  • Check the Sales Profile Card and make sure the Connection URL is configured correctly according to the settings in the appsettings.json

     

Error: Failed to complete negotiation with the server: Error:: Status code ‘400’

  • Check the Sales Profile Card, make sure the Connection URL is configured correctly according to the settings in the appsettings.json

 

Error: Failed to complete negotiation with the server: TypeError: Failed to fetch

  • Open the Windows Services page. Find the LS Pay Service in the list and check if it is running. Start or restart the service, then try again from the POS.

If you encounter a full page BC error saying "Something went wrong" when the EFT terminal tries to send the response back to LS Express, then check the LSPay service admin page and make sure to activate the setting "Remove Form feed (\f) character from receipts, character is commonly used as page separator".

  • This is a workaround specifically for terminals from the NetsBaxi Payment Service Provider. Then press Save and Init and try again in the POS.
