How to: Use the LS Pay

Once LS Pay has been set up, the app is easy to use. You can use the POS, as usual, then select the payment associated with LS Pay.

How to: Accept a Payment

1. Begin the payment process by selecting a card payment method or exact card payment option.

2. Enter the amount to be charged.

3. The LS Pay app will handle the authorization process through the EFT terminal.

   

4. After processing, you will be redirected to LS Express. If the payment request is approved, you can print the merchant receipt.

   

5. In case the request is declined, you will be returned to the payment method.

How to: Void a Payment

1. Open the Total Balance from the LS Express POS.

2. Select the payment, and click Delete. The void request is then sent to the LS Pay app, which processes the request through the EFT terminal.

   

3. Once the request has been processed, return to the LS Express POS, and a notification informs you whether the payment was voided or not.

   

How to: Issue a Refund

1. To issue a refund, start by adding items to the POS.

2. Adjust the quantity to a negative value or return items through the sales history.

3. When the sale balance becomes negative, select the LS Pay payment method.

4. Confirm that the amount is accurate and negative. The refund request is then sent to the LS Pay app and processed similarly to a regular payment transaction.
