Managing Users & Licenses
To control access to LS Express, administrators must assign product licenses to users based on their roles and responsibilities within the system. LS Retail has recently introduced an enhanced License Manager solution, now integrated into LS Express, replacing the older version. This upgrade streamlines license management and provides improved functionality.

Transition to new License Manager: New partners and customers are encouraged to activate the new License Manager by using the provided license key.

Expanded Capabilities: The new License Manager grants access to all features available in POS units and LS Pay units.

Phasing Out the Old Version: The older License Manager will remain available temporarily, supporting at least one additional version before being fully deprecated.
